Health Sync provides a seamless way to sync your health data from various apps and devices. With compatibility for popular services like Coros, Diabetes:M, FatSecret (nutrition data), Fitbit, Garmin, Google Fit, MedM Health, Withings, Oura, Polar, Samsung Health, Strava, Suunto, and Huawei Health, you can effortlessly consolidate your health information in one place.

Syncing your data is easy and convenient. Whether you want to sync to Diabetes:M, Fitbit, Google Fit, Health Connect, Samsung Health, Schrittmeister, FatSecret (weight only), Runalyze, Smashrun, Strava, or Under Armour (MapMyRun etc.), Health Sync has got you covered. Additionally, you can also sync activity data as FIT, TCX, or GPX files directly to Google Drive.

Health Sync works silently in the background, automatically keeping your data up-to-date. From the moment you start using the app, it syncs your health information effortlessly. While historical data (pre-installation) can be synced after the free trial period ends, please note that syncing historical data from Polar is not possible due to restriction on their end.

It's important to be aware of certain limitations and changes by certain providers. For example, as of July 31, 2023, Huawei no longer allows third-party apps like Health Sync to access GPS data from Huawei Health. However, if you installed Health Sync with your Huawei Health account before this date, GPS data can still be read as usual.

In 2020, Samsung made a decision that no partner app can write steps to Samsung Health anymore. Nevertheless, reading steps data and other data as well as writing other data still work seamlessly.

Health Sync offers a one-week free trial period for users to evaluate the features and benefits. After the trial, you can choose to make a one-time purchase or opt for a six-month subscription to continue enjoying the app's functionalities. For users syncing with Withings, please note that an additional subscription is required due to recurring costs associated with this integration.

Customizing your sync preferences is effortless with Health Sync. You have the flexibility to choose different source apps for different types of data. For example, you can sync activities from Garmin to Samsung Health while syncing sleep data from Fitbit to both Samsung Health and Google Fit. Once the initial setup is complete, you can easily define the sync directions according to your preferences.

While syncing between health data apps might occasionally encounter issues, there's no need to worry as most problems can be easily resolved. The Help Center menu in Health Sync provides helpful resources for troubleshooting.
